  Strategic Planning:  A Roadmap for the Future  In the fall 2024, we launched an eight-month Strategic Planning process in partnership with Partners in Mission, a national consulting firm that works exclusively with Catholic schools and organizations to strengthen advancement, enrollment, strategic planning, and mission effectiveness. Our goal was to thoughtfully and methodically address the growing needs of every aspect of life at St. Francis Borgia High School.  Our planning process began by bringing together countless voices from across our school community, including alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, board members, and supporters, for roundtable discussions aimed at identifying our priorities and shaping our vision for the future. In addition to these in-person sessions, we conducted several surveys to ensure every stakeholder's voice was heard.  These efforts culminated in the identification of eight key domains (Academics, Advancement, Catholic Identity, Enrollment and Marketing, Facilities and Technology, Finance, Governance, and Student Life), each with specific, measurable goals designed to move our school forward with purpose and clarity. Our plan is not simply a list of ideas-it is a strategic, intentional roadmap to guide Borgia through the next five years and beyond.
