Math Assignments

It is recommended that students wait until August 1 to complete summer math assignments, as teachers hope for students to have a fresh understanding of these ideas when school begins. All assignments need to be printed and solved using a pencil. Remember to show your work. Students are asked to complete the following based on their course enrollment for the 2023 - 2024 school year, prior to August 15. Assignments will be collected on your first day of class.

Summer Reading Assignments

During summer break, you will be responsible for reading one book from the Summer Reading list. (Please sign up for only one title; however, read as many as you like.) Teachers and staff members carefully choose these books to read alongside you. The right book for you is one that you will actually read and enjoy. You may want to push yourself to read something outside your comfort zone. You may want something that will keep your interest and entertain you. You may like to learn about a new topic. Please review the options and choose a book best suited for your reading goals. There is a book for everyone.

Fill out the Google Form with your choice. Read your selected title over the summer, and return to school next fall ready to interact with others who read your selected book. Many of the books on the list are available in your public library. Check there (physical or online) to read the book for free.
