Additional Fees

These non-general fees are applied to technology costs, lab courses, scheduling, prayer days, grade and student records reporting, and standardized testing.

Payment Options & Details

Each family must notify the finance office of their choice of the below options while registering through SmartTuition. There is a $50 charge for this service, the same as FACTS in the past. We have increased the tuition discounts in options 1 and 2 to cover this cost.
All families are expected to make tuition payments according to one of the following four options:

  • Option 1

    Full payment of tuition paid directly to the school by July 8, receives a $200 discount. (There is no discount after July 8).
  • Option 2

    A two-payment (one per semester) option with 50% of the tuition due June 30 and the remaining amount due January 5 (this would include payments made through qualifying 529 education plans) paid directly to the school. There will be a $125 tuition discount applied to the second payment.
  • Option 3

    Four quarterly payments due July 20, October 20, January 20, and April 20, paid directly to the school. A student will not receive his/her course schedule for the following year until full payment is received. If payment is late on any payment date, the parent/guardian will be required to pay through SmartTuition. (See Option 4 below.)
  • Option 4

    Ten-month or eleven-month payment plan through an automatic withdrawal from a checking/savings account through SmartTuition. One agreement form must be filled out online at Families who chose the monthly payment plan and miss a monthly payment due to insufficient funds will be automatically charged a missed payment fee by SmartTuition and may incur a similar penalty from their banking institution.

Please Note:

Each family must notify the finance office of their choice of the above options when registering with SmartTuition. Delinquent payment will require families to sign up for a payment plan through Option 4 above. Families who are delinquent in their payments will have their course requests and schedule withheld for the next school year until their balance is current. Final report cards, diplomas, or transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations are met. Please read our Tuition Policies and Procedures for additional details regarding payment.
