Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, in person, by regular mail, or by email. Refunds of gifts are discouraged, however, if there is an error in the amount of payment or payee, please contact us within 30 days of the donation to resolve any refund issues. All refunds will be made within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of such request.
