Payment Plans

St. Francis Borgia Regional High School uses the FACTS tuition management system to collect tuition. Families have several options:

  1. Sign up for a FACTS tuition management plan. Tuition payments will be automatically deducted from a bank account that you designate on a 10 or 12-month payment plan. There is a $38 fee for participation in this plan.  If this option is selected, and you are new to the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan, the application for 2020-2021 academic year must be completed online.  Go to to sign up. If you have used FACTS in previous years, see the “FACTS Re-enrollment Guidelines”.
  2. Pay all tuition and fees on or before August 16.  ($80.00 rebate given)
  3. Pay all fees and first-semester tuition by August 16. Second-semester tuition is due on or before January 3.
  4. Pay quarterly. All fees and first quarter tuition are due by August 16. Each quarter’s tuition is due on the first day of the quarter. (August, October, January, and March).

Monthly tuition plans are only available through FACTS tuition management.

As in the past, you may use a credit card to pay. However, a convenience charge (3.5%) will be added to the payment.

If you apply for and receive financial aid and you are using the FACTS tuition management plan, adjustments will be made to your tuition payment. Please contact Anne Lober at 636-239-7871, ext. 113, to make that adjustment.

As you know, Borgia relies on the consistent and prompt payment of tuition for all of our students.  This makes it possible for us to pay our teachers, maintain our facilities, and sustain our excellent academic program.  It will also help us to be able to plan for the future and make the necessary advancements in our education and Catholic formation.

It is important for you to know, especially as you begin to make preparations for college, that no records will be released or forwarded to colleges or other educational institutions for any students for whom there is an outstanding balance for tuition and/or fees.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Bernie Naumann at 636-239-7871 ext. 115 or email

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
