Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors
This course is designed to increase strength, conditioning, and agility. The course will provide opportunities for cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance. Students will be required to show increases in strength and conditioning. Students will be instructed in a range of techniques and proper methods to develop certain muscle groups.
This class cannot be taken concurrently with 702 Zero Hour Strength & Conditioning, but it can be repeated.
