Spirit Leaders

Purpose:	To lead the St. Francis Borgia Regional High School's spirit promotional activities at sports events and within the high school.
Membership:	This is for the core leaders only. Sophomore, Junior and Senior members are selected from volunteers in the spring. Freshmen are chosen from volunteers in the fall.
Meetings:	Refer to agenda or listing posted in homeroom.
Activities:	Promote good sportsmanship at all times. Advertise the dates and times of sporting events. Make locker posters for all the members of the various teams. Plan and run the various pep assemblies during the year. Coordinate the half-time shootouts at the basketball games. Plan recognition weeks for the sports teams. Plan the Hush Day activities during the school's Unity Week.
Officers:	President, Vice-President, Secretary, Committee Chairperson
Participation Points:	These are given out based on the activities that a member participates in during the school year. Awards are presented at the honors assemblies at the end of the school year.
