Every year for the last 28 years Borgia has sponsored a magazine drive with QSP/Reader’s Digest. Many families and individuals subscribe to magazines. Statistics show that each year the average family will spend $50 to $100 on magazine subscriptions. By ordering or renewing subscriptions through Borgia High School students, we keep 48% of every dollar that is spent on magazines. That 48% equals approximately $40,000 that is kept in our school. In addition, every year Rick Boedeker, our QSP representative and QSP/Reader’s Digest Co. donates a scholarship to our school.
The magazine drive begins at the end of August and goes through October. Please be aware that magazines publishers begin sending out renewal forms 4-6 months prior to subscriptions ending. Since these renewal forms often offer a better price to renew your subscription, keep your renewal forms and send them to the school with your magazine order. We appreciate your support of the magazine drive.
To renew your subscription or order new subscriptions, contact any SFBRHS student or call the Advancement office at Borgia at 636-239-7871 ext. 122 or you can go on the internet at QSP.com and just Click on Just Shopping, Enter SFBRHS acct. no. #425005499 or click on the school finder and just type in St Francis and double click on our account. It’s that easy. Now you are ready to shop.
