If you have a Washington Public Library Card, you are eligible to receive a Scenic Regional Card. If you live in Crawford County, you will need an ID with your current address. If you are under 16, your parents have to apply for the card. For further information, call 636-583-3224. |

Anyone who lives in Franklin, Gasconade or Warren counties is eligible for a free library card. If you live outside of the tri-county area, a fee is charged annually for a library card. For further information, call 636-390-1070. |
